Be ready to constantly have your workload increased and pay to remain the same. Phil's staffing stradegy is to hire lots of workers so he can start them off with a low wage but managable work loads. He then cuts staffing down, increasing work loads for remaining staff but keeping the same wages.

I’d say it’s very diverse in ethnicity while in gender it’s very one dimensional. There are only female nurses and cnas.

That there are a lot of patients that live there that really need the skills and equipment of a skilled nursing facility not an assisted living.
What's the office layout like at Edgewood Management?
All managers are on one side of the hall and the nurses office is in the other. First you’ll see the business office where marketing and HR share an office then around the corner is the ED then next to that is the clinical services director who shares an office with the ADON
