What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership Team is very supportive and provides guidance when needed.
At Park Place I feel like management is on one side of the hall and floor workers are on another side of the hall.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managing problems in a quicker timely manner.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The options to meet your budget.
I am able to support myself.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better about everything if the team just put a little more care into their employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of them are on drugs so you never know what you'll walk into.
Most of my team is quick and can get the job done quicker than most.
I feel that our team takes care of our residents well. I think our communication and organization could be better.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the time everyone is in an okay mood, and as the shift progresses people begin to get more perky and happy.
It's a welcoming environment to work in. I don't feel negatively about going to work.

Follow through with the agreed upon details after hire. (Wages, schedule, etc.)
Explain more about what you will be doing and give a more detailed tour.
What makes you most happy at work?
A smooth day when all of our residents remained safe and sound. A day where everyone worked as a team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management needs to do more to fulfill their workers needs.
