What makes you most happy at work?A successful profitable team project.
What makes you most happy at work?Not much. I dread the next criticism which is almost daily.
What did you like most about the interview process?The transparancy and explanation of what the company is and does and the details of the position.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Condescending and snitches. Take the job too seriously sometimes. I've never had co workers openly report you to the manager over every mistake or disatisfaction with something. If you didn't do it their way it was the wrong way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?For where they are located - one of the most expensive cities in the state and country, the pay could be better for the cost of living. And workload and expectations were more than previous jobs that actually paid better. I needed a job and took it for less than i made before.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Less discrimination and retaliation would be nice.
