I did not have to ask them questions, they answered all my questions through their actions and proactive communication with me. Also, they delivered what they promised.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and quick action. Our leaders have stepped up to help employees through personal issues, as well as recently with the CA fires. The patient first mentality abounds.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This is a very relationship-based organization. As a new hire, everyone made time for me when I had questions. I benefited from tribal knowledge and being onboarding by a group, even if they weren't responsible for me.
