The support they show me

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Top management (CxO level) is great but middle management is terrible. I'd suggest get feedback from direct reports to see where are the rotten apples and do something about it.
Holding personal opinions to work environment needs to be separate from work, but managment isn't held accountable so they will do and act how they want.
Resolve the issues properly not just doing meetings all day long
They need to be more ethical and prioritize transparency.
Communication, organization, listen to your employees, we should not be standing waiting HOURS for work. Get a training plan in place so new employees can be involved from day 1.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the compensation package could be better, bonus and wage. But the benefits are great
paid time off and health care

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Any issues that managment thinks is inconvenient for them they will do anything in their power to punish to their fullest extent without outward retaliation. Even if you follow the protocols you will still be punished for the inconvenience.

The pay is good compared to the company size but could improve.

Being a medical company I thought the benefits would be better priced. Overall they are not bad. Just a little higher that smaller companies I have worked for.

my team always being supportive and aligned

The b3st thing about my team is that we ate a team and will lend a helping hand when someone may need it. And if we are certified for that table.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If you don't agree, then talk about it in the room. Stop ahaking your head in agreement if you are just foing to disagree and gonyour own way after the fact.
Communication, better training, organization We work overtime due to the fact we stand around all week waiting for approval.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They have invested a lot of money to improve the culture but the implementation has been terrible.
Hold people equally accountable. Long-tenured and "favorites" slack off or only do what they want and there is no recourse.
Communication, get ,engineers, planners,management and emplo on the same page. Working 50-60 hours a week standing ALL day takes a toll when we don't have work during the week and then forced into overtime
Treat employees as people not disposable bodies.
