What did you like most about the interview process? That they do it face to face
What makes you most happy at work? The love they show me
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Has a great community feeling to it
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Top management (CxO level) is great but middle management is terrible. I'd suggest get feedback from direct reports to see where are the rotten apples and do something about it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Holding personal opinions to work environment needs to be separate from work, but managment isn't held accountable so they will do and act how they want.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Any issues that managment thinks is inconvenient for them they will do anything in their power to punish to their fullest extent without outward retaliation. Even if you follow the protocols you will still be punished for the inconvenience.
