This is a very relationship-based organization. As a new hire, everyone made time for me when I had questions. I benefited from tribal knowledge and being onboarding by a group, even if they weren't responsible for me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If you don't agree, then talk about it in the room. Stop ahaking your head in agreement if you are just foing to disagree and gonyour own way after the fact.
