Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is far below what other companies pay in Boston and I saw a huge exodus of employees during the pandemic. To be fair, the benefits offered are incredible but a healthy 401K doesn't help pay the rent today
What are some of the best things about your team?
It would be insane to claim that the company is devoid of talent- there are plenty of fantastic people working at Go Ahead Tours (though, honestly, many have left/are looking for new jobs). I made lots of great friends, many of whom I've kept up with after leaving
