Feels like a scheme to funnel as much money as possible to those in positions of power while taking advantage of teachers and other employees. Doesn't care about the wellbeing of their employees

What are some of the best things about your team?

All the teachers are caring and helpful

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was easy to get the job. They have a shortage of staff

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop being greedy, change your ways and create an organisation to benefit everybody much more equitably.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Stop taking advantage of people, the CEO is presenting the company as one thing but unbeknownst to most he is focused on lining his pockets, underpaying those doing the work, and creating a culture of nepotism by having his children work for the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am a teacher. I get paid minimum wage for prep time that doesn't cover half the time I need to meet all the requirements for class (grading, work schemes etc. So there is wage fraud, but also there is a level of pay that suggests that EF don't want their employees to be able to make a living wage
