The only thing I have gained from EF is a sales skill set, to be able to take elsewhere and feel more valued and appreciated.

Honesty and doing the right thing by their employees.

Being HONEST and putting together meetings that actually accomplish work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Payment for doing the work and feeling valued for being an individual.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It should be more competitive and feeling like we have an opportunity to negotiate for our skill and talent level.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Being paid. Employees spend more time trying to figure out how to make ends meet each month than actually being able to do our jobs. We have to work a second job to be able to pay rent and buy groceries... Bonus doesnt get paid often and it only supports getting a credit card bill paid...
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I can't live off of what I make... I'm struggling to pay rent or just live in the city of Denver. I've been at EF for 3 years and am struggling to make ends meet because my salary is so low. I cant even think about higher education for myself while working here, we are an education company. It's bad
