We all work as a family/unit appreciating we are still in difficult times with the pandemic only now starting to allow for an air of normality
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The exec team will listen to feedback and do something with this, culture is everything at Egnyte! The lockdowns affected people in different ways - I feel Egnyte had done all they could in order to keep morale high and a happy culture in such uncertain times.
