I like the fact that they are high achievers and want to succeed, sell more products and attain a good lifestyle. I like their welcoming culture and ability to communicate well and have fun!

They adapt to regular change, are extremely hard working and supportive and are constantly aware of global culture in the US, India, UK and Poland. They are technically very proficient and have a great sense of humour alongside excellent reliability and enthusiasm.

They are hands on, and don't ask me to do anything they cant do themselves - they prove their knowledge continuously, the best leadership I have ever experienced. They are extremely empathetic, demonstrating the positive kindness and professionalism that is hard to find in this world.

The kindness and courtesy culture that emanates from the US business is hugely refreshing, the appreciation of diversity and the mix of backgrounds. A lack of rigidity in structure encourages a great flow of ideas, great communication from company leaders is excellent, feels like a family!
