My experience has been a roller coaster. I have seen many I looked up to leave and I had to learn this job by myself from home. I have made mistakes and learned from them but overall doing it this way has made me a lot better at the role and made me stronger as a person and employee

They all are able to work effectively without micromanagement

There is always something new and exciting to take part in. I also get the chance to collaborate on new ideas with the enablement team
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work from home in my own environment where I am most comfortable and have few distractions to prevent me from getting side tracked. I also love to train and I get the ability to do that here on a regular basis
