The leadership team at Egnyte takes the time to understand employee goals and how to help them achieve those goals.

My team is super supportive of one another and always willing to jump in to help where it is needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company does a great job of finding ways to keep everyone engaged and active. The way that we utilize slack channels and contests to keep employees excited is amazing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having a family, the benefit of responsible time off is really nice to have. You don't need to worry about having to call out if your child is sick or if you need a mental health day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the best! Everyone is always willing to collaborate and help out on a project. If someone is out of the office, another team member will step up to help with their tasks and projects.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on projects that I am passionate about. Egnyte keeps things interesting. There is always a new vertical to explore or a new angle on how we want to target the market. You get to think outside of the box which is exciting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is extremely knowledgeable in their given areas and are always willing to share that knowledge with others. I've seen many executive team members jump in to help with tasks and items outside of their area of expertise, all to grow Egnyte's brand.
