In the 9 months I have been with Egnyte, I have been challenged, welcomed and included in the growth of the company. I want to be part of the continued growth here and believe in the direction we are taking as a company. It is energizing to be part of building a company that helps our customers grow
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is good and quarterly MBO based bonuses are generous.
What makes you most happy at work?
Delivering on the plans that we have determined will help our customers succeed.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team does what they commit to do. They are also candid in their communication with each other.

Recognition of achievement, hard work and equity in the company all promote a team contribution to the company's success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Egnyte leadership team is effective in communicating company goals, objectives and expectations. And these are not wild, unachievable expectations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since I started at Egnyte, I felt that I was a valued contributor to the company's ability to succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are willing to collaborate, learn and discuss the best way to approach a client need. Although not often, but when there are client emergencies, everyone is willing to work together to solve it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In large, we are all working toward similar goals and the leadership team is good to rally everyone toward these goals. Also, I am learning new things and feel that my skills are valued at the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to the employees and they take the time to learn about me as a person and not just as an employee. After being at the company for a couple months, our CEO reached out to me and set up time to meet. No agenda, other than to learn about me, my family, and what my interests are.
