I am happy with pay and benefits outside of 401k match until we go public and get stock offerings. With all of the changes, it has been very stressful each day. I am a little worried about my future as I have not seen the sales success I thought I would. That will help with time, hopefully.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I wish health insurance deductibles wouldn't go up each year. Besides that I am happy. I really like the internet and phone reimbursement. I use those a lot being in sales
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the HSA and how much Egnyte puts in there. The health insurance is better than at my last company. Since going public is so elusive, I wonder if in the meantime we can add a 401k match?
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My immediate team is great. I enjoy working with them. Whenever I reach out to other internal teams, it is a tough situation. People always say "reach out whenever you need something" but then when I actually reach out they are less than helpful. Being in sales, DEED and Garrett are great to work
