What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Rajesh is incredible. Extremely personable, and it is clear he cares. I could not name one other one aside from Vineet. (I don't think Vineet values me as an employee. I'm in sales)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Expectations for my role are excessive, thus impossible to make what I know I could at other companies. I would like to see us enhance the small things as well. They go a long way. Lunch more often, gift cards, etc
