Every job function is still focused on the same goal. I don't see clashes between fiefdoms.

Seeing plans turn into success. Involving many moving pieces to see it come through is amazing.

Clear honest leadership with a true feedback loop. From customers to employees they will listen and validate your opinion.

We all have a varied background, but join together for combined learning and success. We have a very cohesive group with no ego getting in the way.

Having 2 options to choose depending on my circumstances and have the company cover the bulk of my cost is amazing. Clear explanation on what I earn and potentials for more.

The positive and open feedback loop that exists. Concerned about not just what I deliver to the business but my overall happiness. The clarity of vision they share and my role in those expectations.

We have a number of cross team interactions. Plus a few social events each month. Makes work much more enjoyable as we are becoming friends as well as colleagues. Connecting on a human level is very important to me.
