Tough, fair and quick. The process took about 1 month, end to end, and at the end, I wanted to join so badly I could hardly stand it.

Not a meeting-heavy company. Sure, you need to have meetings - but it's to solve necessary problems. If you need to be part of a meeting, you're invited.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working with my colleagues. It's refreshing to be working with people who's only agenda is to make the company, products, and teams better for our future success.

The CEO truly cares. It's one thing to have a leader who sits in their office, and manages from afar. Vineet will meet with anyone/everyone (time permitting) to help us move forward. Plus, the company culture is fun ...

Egnyte is well managed, fast growing and the leadership team truly cares about the employees. There a companies that talk about empathy, but the leadership here actually uses empathy in their day-to-day interactions with people. It's refreshing to see the talk, walked.
