My manager, my coworkers and knowing I have to opportunity to make a positive impact on my prospects and the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think with the market the way that it is right now I could go anywhere and make more money than I am now with similar or better benefits. I choose to stay because I believe in the mission and I really love my team
