What makes you most happy at work?
I love our customers, I love our product, and I have enjoyed continuously getting more challenges and growth opportunities to keep work exciting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
From a leadership perspective, I really appreciate how fiscally conservative/responsible our leadership is. In addition, they have tried to create environments and logistics for fostering a lack of micromanagement. Part of this is due to the unlimited time off. They also take retention seriously!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They hire good people overall. When you work with positive, helpful, collaborative people who care about their work, it makes work much more pleasant. Everyone is on board that we can always get better and improve products, services, processes, etc. Lots of supportive around work/life balance
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works hard in the hiring process to ensure we are hiring solid fits for our team. Plus, we have had the same manager for 5 years, which is kind of unique at a company growing quickly. Due to this, our team is amazing to work and collaborate with.
