Overall package is pretty decent if I compare it with competition, but Bonus and Gym reimbursement would be the best part

Great people to work with. People across all departments are friendly, approachable and care about their work. Very good with work/life balance as long as you're performing. Always feel like the work is meaningful. Having more company sponsored social events would be great.
