A year ago my tone would be much different but unfortunately the company has continued to bring in people who are negatively affecting the culture. Its sad honestly. A lot of new people that have done ZERO to assimilate into existing culture.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The leaders we have overseeing reps directly are very driven and excellent to work with
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable and do care about me as a person. Not enough to adjust my salary for inflation but I think they like me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people still prevail and execute even with faith in executive leadership waning. We do hire great people. We do nothing to keep them but we do bring great ones in constantly. Unfortunately we lose too many.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An actual discussion about it instead of being told "I cant go back to the well right now." A few months prior one employee who was about to leave was openly celebrated about getting a "deal done". The well doesnt apply to everyone equally.
