I've been an employee for a bit over a year and its been wonderful. I am challenged, motivated, surrounded by great collegues and leaders. We celebrate wins and post mortem losses with a productive spirit. I'm very happy to be here, its been a wonderful experience thus far.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimted PTO, Stock Options, good healthcare, ability to work how we prefer (remote or in office) without pressure.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great colleagues, collaborative environment. Celebration of each indivual for our passions, unique traits and skills. We discuss the hard topics, the tough questions are answered by management.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning something new each day to being value to our customers. Problem solving. The delcate balance of keeping customers happy and doing right by the organization. Building relationships with collegaues who are tremedous.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and availabiltiy to solve important issues - always willing to jump in and get in front of customers. Comittment and investment in employee growth. Fairness - from my seat, decisions are based on need and integrity, not nepotism or ego.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone (literally, everyone) is willing to help. I've never felt so supported by an organization. My team is full of amazing, talented, kind, smart people who want others to succeed. Led by managers who care about us as people, connect personally and provide helpful guidance and feedback.
