My time at Egnyte has been challenging and dynamic. The company culture is wonderful and my team is very tight knit. Despite some less than favorable issues over the years, the people I work with keep me here.

What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy learning new things every day and this is always the case at Egnyte.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Egnyte does a great job of looking for ways to bring employees together personally and professionally
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at Egnyte is transparent with goals, issues, market, and future plans. My direct management team is invested in me as an employee and as an individual. However, I do not believe that we are compensated enough to retain non-management employees long term.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation is at an all-time high, in my area, cost of living is increasing exponentially. I am being headhunted constantly from companies claiming to pay much more generous salaries. It is a matter of time before high level talent in non-management positions move on to other organizations.
