The transparency, the openness of the leadership is what I like the most. I can go to anyone and discuss anything.

ESOP & RSUs. This gives me the feeling of ownership of Egnyte and shows how Egnyte values me as an employee.

I have a small, but a mighty team. Everyone discusses the issues that they are facing, ready accept constructive feedback and appreciative of others.
