What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very helpful and believes in collaboration. There are no cliques or politics within the team which is remarkable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base salary is good. The perks can be definitely improved. For instance, since India is fully remote, it's surprising that the company doesn't reimburse fiber/internet bills. Similarly, the insurance provided is very basic and can be improved.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is an extent of openness which is not very common. Also, the leadership is focused on growing the company in a sustainable manner rather than doing flashy stuff which to my mind is what makes Egnyte significantly better than most tech companies.
