Being able to ask questions freely, snacks/drinks, resources
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager, nate. He is constantly there for us
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody is easy to talk to. I think having snacks and drinks is a major plus, i never have to go out of my way to buy those
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I wish there was a small boost in salary for sales roles. SDR and AE having similar strategies makes it hard for someone to be motivated to move up in roles
