My coworkers, the ability to push myself, the value I can provide customers, and the consistent support provided by the company towards my career growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is close and we're all viewed as individuals that provide value to the company rather than just being seen as an number. The culture is the people, and they're great!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all care about each others success and are always looking for ways to help each other. We've become closer as a group of friends, which has made us a stronger team.
