The overall experience has been positive and I'm glad to be a part of the Egnyte team. I think that the only thing that I would ask for would be a 401K Match but besides that I think that there is a great benefit to work for Egnyte and I value all the hard work and value of the product and culture!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very willing to jump into Any issue and help run down challenges and always willing to provide guidance
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think that the health benefits are stellar and the compensation + bonus and the Stock benefits are a nice additional benefit
What makes you most happy at work?
I really like the lack of micromanagement and the ability to work autonomously but still fostering an environment of holding each other to a high standard of deliverables and performance
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture is the openness of the C suite and their willingness to be approachable and advise to the best of their ability when posed questions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think the team that IM on is great. People seem more selfless than selfish and are more out for the greater good of the org than just themselves. Everyone is more than willing to jump into issues or gaps in knowledge and help push a deal forward
