openness, transparency etc. I know I can expect understanding, willingness to help, explain - on every level of leadership. Open-minded is another term coming to my mind
What are some of the best things about your team?
communication, friendly atmosphere, discussions (about problems, solutions etc.) on a very high level of culture - all of us know that we work together. My impression is also that it's clear to everyone that being friendly, open-minded etc. brings a lot of benefits on many fields
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company as the whole, on many levels is really interested in well being of everyone here - regardless of the position, gender etc. and taking into account the size of the company, diversity etc. it's not easy. If there are new challenges, improvements needed etc. the company reacts quickly
