We have a leadership team that actually leads! Support is always there whenever you need it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Clear targets & goals with something to work towards. It is an exciting challenge compared to previous roles.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As I am fairly new to this industry and have little to compare it to I still feel that we are compensated handsomely.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great work atmosphere in the office with plenty of support on hand. Everyone seems to go the extra mile to help their colleagues.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My current line manager! He made the interview process stress free despite asking difficult questions and putting me on the spot numerous times.
