Firstly, I believe Egnyte does pays a fair wage. But, the best part of the packages is, I believe, the Stock option.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the nature of the challenges the organization throws at me. And working with folks who are willing to be open to suggestions helps as well
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a combination of folks who know the business and those who are technologically savvy. The team has no pretenses in terms of how mature the organization is and so is willing to and is open to better structure and processes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I joined Egnyte just recently. But, from what I can tell, it seems to have a culture that is not too uber chic, but is not mundane either. Despite the sudden growth in recent times, the company has managed to remain nimble and personal.
