I appreciate that I am encouraged to continue my education. Multiple departments have supported my decision to receive additional training. Overall, I appreciate the total compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity amongst the teams is great. We have a great range of different cultures and age ranges across different groups. I absolutely love this about Egnyte.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The open door policy that the leadership team encourages is great. I also appreciate the encouragement that I receive to succeed and strive for success on a daily basis from multiple team members across different departments. Overall, I have great experiences.
What makes you most happy at work?
I truly enjoy the multiple teams I work with. The different individuals I interact with day to day make coming to work very enjoyable. I also feel like I am learning something new each day, I given the opportunity to learn as much as I can.
