Very open and accessible for feedback (at least in the Mountain View office)

Fulfilling expectations and adding value to my project and my team. Also the free food.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A lot of company sponsored events (sponsored lunches and activities), encouraging taking time to take care of yourself (flexible/unlimited PTO, flexible WFH policy), ping pong table
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Valley is just so expensive that you are almost certainly able to find better pay at a more established (read: not startup) company. What makes me feel better about my compensation is opportunities for growth (conferences, trainings, 20% time/hackathons to gain more breadth) and good benefits.
