Medical here is pretty good. I can take care of my whole family without worrying about any health problems

We have a pretty amazing work-life balance. I never had to ask to run errands in the morning! I just do it and work it off.
What makes you most happy at work?
My projects are of epic proportions and can span months or even years yet they are cool enough to hold my attention the whole way through.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our C-suite has always been "frugal" in a sense. In days when companies get ding'd for massive chrome statues of bulls in their lobby it was refreshing to see restraint and basic business sense being exercised.
