I love my job, my teammates, my manager, and other colleagues that I work with regularly. The work-life balance is fantastic and I've never been afraid to take time off when I need it. I wish they offered some 401k matching and clear paths for advancement in some of the departments.

Reasonable PTO (basically unlimited as long as it's not being abused).

Ability to work well together and help each other when needed.

Clear communication around changes, goals being met or not met, and "next steps" for the company.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful! From the leadership team and product managers to sales and customer service (Customer Success) reps.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to manage my time while still getting relevant guidance from my manager to ensure my time is well spent.
