It's discreet yet very productive and efficient. It gives employees what they want the most - freedom to do their job

It's a team of great engineers and great people when we can discuss things fairly and come to the reasonable conclusion without politics
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the most positive about the culture is that my manager is a real manager who is knowledgeable and proficient at what he does. Nobody rushes out but yet we maintain our deliverables.
