Appreciation of work I'm doing and that it is usefull for others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very open discussion between executives and employees that even in the bottom of the company org chart.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They know exactly what is to goal and thanks to them everybody is pulling in the same direction. Without such leadership, different Temas might to focus on cases which are not relevant for business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all in the same boat and we are helping each other whenever somebody needs help. Everybody knows that their work is making an impact on the company and our customers, we are not just yet another cog in the machine.
