What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We ask ourselves on daily basis how to improve the product and the way we work. Moreover, I see a lot of ownership in the company and I know that people will do their best to deliver value.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work among competent people that have a very high level of self awareness. They are professionals at what they do. Every person that I work with is always open to support others, therefore I experience a lot of synergy in the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team at Egnyte is very supportive. Not only they have a lot of focus on creating strategy and working with the team, so they embrace it, but also they are concentrating on people's growth. Even if someone would like to pick alternative growth path her/his potential will be noticed.
