My team is what makes me most happy, they are a pleasure to work with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy the commission structure in my benefits plan. It helps motivate me to work hard every month. The insurance is also great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is transparent and helps provide us with the tools we need to be successful, both in the office and at home. They set clear goals and help us achieve them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I work with is like a small family. I look forward to Monday mornings because it means I will get to see my team. We aren't just co workers, we are friends who care about each other at work and also outside of work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel that everyone at Egnyte cares about each other and wants to see each other succeed. I have people who aren't on my team who will periodically check on me or just message me to say hi and catch up. I really appreciate the friendships I have made at Egnyte.
