Since joining Egnyte I have been surrounded with leadership who will ensure a positive work force. This in turn has created the opportunity to meet and potentially meet daily/monthly/quarterly expectations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The cross site competitiveness that Egnyte has created. I thoroughly enjoy the Egnyte Summer Challenge done annually.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like minding and supportive of each other and assist when and where needed for each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact I know I have a great support system and culture around how we work. You never are working alone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The level of care given to all aspects of the business. Not many places will offer direct contact with the leadership team the way Egnyte does.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the ability to exceed my target and have a factored multiplier associated. It is nice to know that exceeded expectations is rewarded.
