My teams are great at encouraging each other, distributing the workload, and being open to new ideas. They are also extremely thoughtful!

I love being able to brainstorm and execute those ideas. I also love have the ability to think creatively and engage with staff and candidates.

The company is always looking for ways to make you feel connected whether it's through free lunches, workouts, massages, games, contests and prizes, they are always looking to connect with staff.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team is open to new, innovative ideas. They value innovation and progressive thinking, and encourage staff to share ideas and new processes that may be better for the organization. I also like that leadership values promoting from within the company.
