What makes you most happy at work?
Learning. Apart from daily tasks there is lot of learning on new things, new strategies.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's fair and I get the increments without asking. That is a recognition of work I do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all have a common goal - company growth. There is hardly any politics I see at the work place. There is a feedback - sometimes tough one, but always constructive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Have been working with Egnyte for 9+ years. Top management and my manager treat me as important part of the company. I share a persona rapport with them apart from the work relationship. I feel like being cared for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's not just work. We have a fun working together. My team doesn't believe in work timing. Everyone has adjusted their work schedules. Ultimate objective is to deliver the quality work in time. And we are doing that for some time now.
