It is great to be part of egnyte, the journey has been great till now i hope it will stay amazing in future as well. There are times maintaining work life balance is difficult. Although the colleagues and environment is amazing and aggressive which gives lot of learning opportunity as well.

The problems we solved and we face. Also the things i learned to get everyday while solving those its amazing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is open about the ideas and also they are ready to share knowledge as well. And everyone is so talented and hardworking
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The problems we have and the way we solve it. Also everyone tries to make it perfect and future proof in terms of tech. Also more team interactions can be benefit more.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount at which is i was hired at no doubt it was good but after the amount of work and hours being put in, i think the compensation can be better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the team is very delivery focused, the have clear goals what things to do and what to achieve. Also there is not single which is not needed and is being done thats the best part.
