They are always willing to help. Since it's a remote workforce the co-workers are very responsive through text/slack. I have found them to be friendly and intelligent people who are trying their best to strive for company success!

They invest in training for employees and push them to be even more successful. There is no micromanaging and you feel comfortable entering this environment whether you are in-office or working remotely. I still feel like I am part of a team that cares.
