Mybenefit cafeteria but it could be a bit higher amount

Great people, but company started to loose them because of many terminations.

Open and positive people, great to work with but also great to spend time in more casual way.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to be more open for various needs, especially when it comes do differences between Europe and US.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Excited is just not the best word to describe how I feel about going to work every day. Sometimes I'm happy, sometimes neutral and sometimes I just don't want to got. Depends on the day
