There is No Micro management and very flat structure in the org. Right o share your feedback anytime.

Very Innovative, supportive and they care about the employees. I am completely happy with my work and it is very challenging. I liked it.

Learning multiple things and completing the given task in a stipulated time frame and mostly as a Recruiter I feel most happy by building the team.
