Everyone pulls together to get things done, though Egnyte does still feel quite young. Sometimes it feels like a free-for-all without direction or process, but despite all that, I feel supported and part of a matrixed team that's working hard to bring some order to my team and the teams I support.

This is a fantastic, collaborative environment to be in. I love the people I work with and support. I'm given opportunities to do new things and expand my skillset. I feel supported and set up for success. I'm not 100% certain what my career path at Egnyte would be, but I thoroughly enjoy what I do!

Egnyte is a great place to be. There are plenty of growing pains, which is to be expected at this stage of growth, but there's a collective mindset about it. We are pushing through the challenges now to reap the considerable benefits later.

Everyone is so collaborative. Within my own team, and cross-functionally--we love working here, and we love working together.

Work hard/play hard. We all work hard to get the job done, but we have a good time doing it.

For the most part, they're accessible. They're not hiding behind locked doors or dodging calls and messages. They're engaged in what's actually happening in the company.

Knowing that I'm having positive impact on those I interact with (said as humbly as possible). I like working on a high-functioning team and contributing positively to the team.

Having something stimulating to work on. The everyday stuff is great, but having the opportunity to expand my skillset and be challenged a bit is when I'm most happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work really well to achieve our individual objectives, but everyone is ready to collaborate when a new project or task comes along. Also, we're just a fun group :)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bias has not had a role in the compensation process. My gender and age aren't a factor and I'm finally at a company who compensates me fairly for what I bring to the table.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Accessibility. I don't feel like the leadership team is out of my reach should I have need to contact them. We see and hear from them a lot. Although, I'd love to see hear more from the C-Suite more regularly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. Working with my team or cross-functionally, the people are hands-down the best part of coming to work each day. We work hard, we have fun, we take the time to get to know one another, and we still manage to get the job done. It's a great environment.
