Not over working their staff and and placing sole blame on us
They need to hire a diverse management team. Not allot of Hispanics with language barrier issues.
Being Honest and not manipulating direct reports and manipulating each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation and flexible working sites
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My boss showed me the salary range that was available and told me they got me at a good deal.

Highly motivated, smart and creative

Not everything is driven to make a profit

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I would agree that hiring knowledgeable professionals to take on management jobs in retail is a better process then hiring anyone to fulfill a role.
Everything!! You need to treat your staff with respect, sustainability is about how you treat the society and your staff is your immediate society. Start with them first and then make pledges
Trust your employees, stop trying to reinvent the wheel.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything. The company is so delusional. They really have no plans of attracting a younger clientele and market to them. Make the prices accessible, communicate the reality you're faced witg. Just getting uounger models isnt enough
